𝓜 Number
𝓜 — The Harmony Number This is the Greatest Common Divisor of your heart and breath rhythms. Think of musical harmony — when instruments share a common beat, they resonate together. Higher is better. 𝓜=1 means your rhythms share no common pulse (stress). 𝓜=4 or higher means deep harmony — your body has found its mathematical lock.
PRQ
PRQ — Pulse Respiration Quotient How many heartbeats happen per one complete breath cycle. Healthy people at rest naturally settle near 4:1 — four heartbeats per breath. A clean whole number (4, 5, 6…) means your heart and lungs are synchronized. A decimal like 4.7 means they're slightly out of sync.
Coherence
Coherence — How Locked You Are How close your PRQ is to a clean whole number. 100% = perfect lock, like two gears meshing exactly. Science calls this Heart Rate Variability coherence. It's associated with reduced cortisol, better focus, and calm. Below 60% and you may feel subtle restlessness even while trying to relax.
Frustration
Frustration — The Restlessness Metric When your rhythms fall between clean ratios — like 4.5 beats per breath instead of 4 or 5 — the system is "undecided." This is the mathematical signature of that subtle edginess you feel even after breathing deeply. Goal: below 5%. The Anxious Breath preset deliberately shows this feeling.
Heart Lock
Heart Lock How tightly your breath rhythm is synchronized with your heart. Green = locked. The closer to 100%, the more your nervous system is in rest-and-digest mode rather than fight-or-flight.
CV · Jitter
CV — Coefficient of Variation The raw "jitter" between your rhythms. Below 0.02 is the Bosonic Ground State — maximum topological protection. This same metric detects stress in power grids and cardiac arrhythmia in hospitals.
